Go Beyond Colon Cleansing: Get The Sludge Out By Flushing Your Liver, Kidney and Gall Bladder

Written by dr. j. Posted in Health Matters

A few months ago, one of my Canadian friends told me of a program he was  gallstones doing to rid his liver and gallbladder of sludge and gallstones. He had completed his first flush and was literally amazed at what came out.

Now I cannot imagine being so keen on what’s in your stool as to COUNT what comes out, but this is what he did. He told me he had counted HUNDREDS of stones that had passed, along with some other weird stuff he hadn’t a clue as to what it was.

Hummm…a live guinea pig with results".  So, I couldn’t say it didn’t work. The only questions now was,

"When would I do it?"

Well after the sinus stuff, the stomach pains and whatever else was going on, my system has finally settled down. I thought that NOW would be as good of a time as any to find out for myself what all the hullabaloo is about! I already know I have gallstones; that was found incidentally on CT.

gb liver flush book And if you have gallstones, you have them in your liver…at least that’s what Andreas Moritz says. His book, "The Amazing Liver & Gallbladder Flush", has all sorts of interesting information on this. The regimen is pretty simple and consists of apple juice, grapefruit juice, olive oil and Epsom salts.

Today, I’m wrapping up Day 5 of the liver and gall bladder flush prep. I did a colon and small intestine detox and cleanse before I started this. Now tomorrow, the big fun begins. With this being a holiday weekend, I will have Monday to make sure all is settled down.

Andreas’ protocol includes 6 days of apple juice before the final flush. The apple juice softens the gallstones and makes them easier to pass. He offers several alternatives including cider and malic acid. It was an informative read. You might want to pick up the book (there are 2 versions) and start the flush.

The best part of the book actually was the results other people were getting AND how many times they had done the flush. Some people were getting more stones out in their 2nd and 3rd flush, than in their 1st.

Guess that means I’ll have to plan to do this several times.
Wish me luck! (results to follow)
